Red Star or Rosy Posy - Rhodohypoxis baurii

A new favorite! The Red Star / Rosy Posy is perfect for the understory in your mini garden design. Let it colonize for a couple of years to get a "stand" of flowers for your miniature perennial borders. It pairs nicely with any of our trees or shrubs, does well in sun and in light shade.

I've read that this one is a very hardy variety but it can be overwintered in colder areas in pots, in a cool, dry spot. Avoid excess water in the winter time.

Low maintenance and a pleasure to grow.

**Deciduous! It'll die back to the ground in winter. Be sure to mark the spot if you plant it in-ground, so you remember when it goes dormant for the winter.

• White flowers blushed in purple, May through July
• Clumping growth habit
