Miniature Bearded Iris (Pale Yellow) - Iris suaveolens (I. Mellita)

Another true miniature bearded Iris but this one has a lovely pale, yellow colored flower. You will be charmed by this little guy. The flower is a bit big, but it's just lovely and apparently re-blooms throughout the summer and into the fall if it's happy. Perfect for miniature gardens with well-drained soil. 

It's an Iris - all Iris will go completely dormant in the winter and die right back to the ground. It will come back in next spring. Just be sure to mark the spot so you remember that the tubers are there.
