Michelle Miniature Mugo Pine - Pinus mugo 'Michelle'

She is a darling for the miniature garden! Michelle mugo pine is true miniature with a growth rate of less than 1" per year. The tight bun will need some help in the spring and the fall - clean out the dead foliage from the inside of the plant. It's called "conifer die-back" and it's how the wee shrub exfoliates.

Mugo shown in the polypots is about 3 to 4 years old.

Mugo shown in the miniature garden is at least 14 years old.
