An awesome for the miniature garden! A favorite miniature grass that grows about 2" tall and slowly spreads on runners. If it's really happy, the tiniest, lavender colored flowers in summer are followed by bright blue berries in the summer that can stay through a mild winter.
Now this is one tough plant. It will take some missed-watering-sessions and will show some dead blades if it's been left too dry for too long. Just pluck the dead blades out carefully, aerate the soil a bit and water on a regular basis if that happens.

CAN BE DIVIDED! The plants can usually be divided right away. Break-apart the rootball as gently as you can and then you can use a pair of scissors to help cut the roots apart. Every division should have foliage and a bulb-type root. Don't divide them up into too-small of a clump, the bigger the divisions are, the greater the chance for them to thrive. And, you can always dig it out next season or next year
