We ONLY guarantee delivery of our plant material DURING SHIPMENT when sent by PRIORITY MAIL and it is 99.9% reliable.

THIS IS YOUR CHOICE TO MAKE DURING CHECKOUT.

Plant material shipped by Ground Advantage may be cheaper, but we simply can NOT guarantee your plants will arrive safely and stress-free.

Ground Advantage is only 75% reliable - so far - the only "advantage" is the price when shipping LIVE PLANT MATERIAL.

In some areas, Ground Advantage can take up to 12 days to get your order - which puts a LOT of stress on the plants and is not recommended, nor guaranteed.

Our trees, shrubs and perennial plants can last for years with the proper care. Please invest in the guaranteed Priority Mail shipping method to reduce the stress on your new plants. 

But it is your choice during checkout. 

RETURN POLICY:

All items leave our location in excellent condition. While we cannot accept responsibility of the treatment of any of our items during shipment we are always concerned if the item arrives in less than perfect condition

Please email or text us a photo of the damaged item within 24 hours to start the process. We will be glad to work with you within reason. 

FOR DAMAGED ITEMS, PLANTS AND NON-PLANT-PRODUCTS: 
- Please send a photo for our files. We will refund it.

FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR NON-PLANT PRODUCTS ONLY:
- Returns for NON-PLANT MATERIALS are accepted for refund or store credit by notifying us within 24 hours of receiving shipment. You have 7 to 14 days to return the item. Shipping costs for returned items are the buyer's responsibility.

- Exchanges are accepted too. Shipping and handling charges for exchanged items are the buyer's responsibility. We will wait for the item to be returned before sending the exchanged item.

We cannot warranty any plant material after your order is received.

We do our best to educate and advise, but we cannot and do not guarantee any plant material after they are received - please understand that there are way too many variables that are out of our control. We can not grow the plants for you, keep them in the right spot nor can we water them for you either.

Note that even the most educated gardeners kill plants from time to time.

Shipping & Delivery:

Turn Around: All orders received will leave our studio/nursery well within one week. Most orders ship within three to five days business days, but it can take up to seven days business days during the spring busy season.

If you need your order fast, please get in touch with us at Steve@twogreenthumbs.com - to see if we can help expedite your order without any extra charges for doing so. We are glad to help wherever we can.

Note that we seldom get any rush orders so please notify us if you have chosen Express Shipping so we can adjust accordingly.

Back orders: You will be notified of any back orders but we do our best to avoid them.

Tracking: We send tracking numbers with every order AFTER the order is packed, the label is generated and the box is sent to the post office. Sometimes the tracking is slow to update within the USPS system so check back again in a few hours to see some movement. 

Delivery: Your order will come via the regular postal delivery from USPS. Please stay on top of your summer plant orders if your postal box is outside in the hot sun. We can include a note for the postal carrier if needed, just let us know in the comment box or send us an email at Steve@TwoGreenThumbs.com.

Winter Plant Shipping: We ship plants safely all year long. While we carefully monitor the weather from across the country and are usually on top of it, we are not responsible for any loss for shipping plants into extreme weather conditions. However, our plants are very high quality and our shipping methods are the best in the country so if by chance we miss any extreme weather, your plants will still be safe during transit - all our plants are "good in the box" for up to 7 days.

Summer Plant Shipping: We ship every business day but may delay end-of-the-week plant orders so the plants are not sitting somewhere unknown over the weekend during the hotter months.

Extreme Weather Shipping: We try to avoid it. Please let us know if you are experiencing extreme weather in your area and we will adjust accordingly. 

Special or rush orders: Can be done upon request within reason and may incur an extra fee in order to get it done. To be sure of rush delivery, please include an email with your order. Rush orders are not common and are sometimes overlooked so please call or email us to make sure we see it and we'll do it for you, usually for no charge.

WE GUARANTEE OUR PLANTS SHIPPED BY PRIORITY MAIL

Where We Ship Plants:

Two Green Thumbs Miniature Garden Center can only ship plant merchandise to locations within the continental United States and Alaska. We cannot ship to any international locations at this time. Nor does Two Green Thumbs Miniature Garden Center ship plant material to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. This is for LIVING PLANT MATERIAL ONLY.

We are registered with the USDA and regularly inspected for safe and conscientious shipping of living plant material in order to protect our native forests.

Please make sure you only buy living plants online from a USDA inspected business to help save our forests.

Where we Ship Accessories:

We CAN ship any accessories or patio materials anywhere. International orders are accepted but we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage. For large international orders, UPS or FedEx account is recommended and we would be more than happy to accommodate you.

How the Shipping is calculated: All shipping charges are double-checked to ensure accuracy. The shipping in this secure shopping cart is automatically calculated and may over-compensate for the wide variety of products in this store. We sell live plants, fragile miniatures and heavy stone and have been shipping combinations of our products since 2004. If we can save you shipping costs, it will be refunded to you.

International Shipping:

We cannot send plants outside the lower 48 States or Alaska. All orders received will leave normally within two to three business days - but please leave up to one week for shipping during the busy spring season. Any back orders on international orders will be credited back to the customer and not shipped.

Sales tax:

Two Green Thumbs Miniature Garden Center charges Washington State sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate on all Washington State orders.

Warranties:

We cannot warranty any plant material. We do guarantee the delivery of our plant material during shipment only if sent by Priority Mail which it yours choice to make during checkout. After receiving your plant order, we give up all control on the care and maintenance of the plants and cannot guarantee them. We do our best to educate and advise but we cannot grow them for you. Please report any damaged items within 24 hours. Please see our ‘Refund Policy’ for our return policy.
