Twisty Mugo Pine - Pinus mugo 'Twisty'

This mugo pine seedling has been groomed for "pre-bonsai" but you can plant it like a regular miniature garden tree and still enjoy the look of it. Keep the bottom of the trunk clear of any new growth and trim away any new, wayward top shoots as you see them if you want to keep the original shape.

Easy grower, tough, durable, drought tolerant and very hardy. A fun twist for a fairy tree - literately! You can hang a swing on it or sit a fairy right in the tree for more fun. 

"Pre-bonsai" means it has been grown to give you a head start for creating your own bonsai tree, the cultivars have been staked and manipulated at a young age to create early movement and unique shape BUT it can be enjoyed as a miniature garden tree too.
