A low growing silvery-carpet of awesome texture. The slight rolled edges of each leave reveal the silvery undersides. It will grow in any well-drained soil and withstands some drought - but it does best with the occasional deep watering.

The bright yellow daisy-like flowers are just the icing on the cake. Step-able too.

The hardiness is rated to 0F but I've found this a bit tender for our Seattle winters that are zone 8 or 10F.

  • Great color and texture
  • 2" high
  • Cold hardy zones 7 - 9 to 0F
  • Heat hardy zones 12 - 7
  • Sun
  • Drought tolerant when established
  • Let dry out a bit in between watering if it's in a pot to avoid overwatering
  • Pot is 4" wide
  • An outdoor plant
