A miniature Japanese maple! It's great to see the growers adapting more and more plants for the joy of miniature gardening. This maple is also ideal for railroad gardening or fairy gardening as well as being a great bonsai specimen. These are really young trees and the branching will develop slowly too. Awesome.

  • Growth rate is 3" to 6" per year
  • Broad Upright in shape
  • Deciduous - it will drop its leaves in the fall like a full-sized maple
  • Cold hard to Zones 5 through 8, or hardy or -20F
  • Heat hardy 8 - 2
  • Comes in a 4" pot
  • An outdoor tree
