This genuinely dwarf miniature garden tree grows into a low, dense dome that stays compact. Mugo pines are an excellent candidate for any kind of miniature gardening because they can look like a miniature version of full-sized tree.

They are super-low maintenance, heat-tolerant and cold hardy. The only caveat is to not let the soil dry out completely during the hottest months of the summer.

The best feature for miniature gardening: the Mugo Pines are GREAT in pots and last for years before needing any repotting. They "bonsai" themselves and the growth rate slows down a bit. (Feed lightly after a couple/few years if in a pot.)

An excellent bonsai starter plant.

WE GUARANTEE OUR PLANTS SHIPPED BY PRIORITY MAIL.
