The pretty rosettes are a bit mesmerizing, they are so perfectly uniform.
Pot can be divided right away into any size, including singles if you can safely wiggle a rosette away from the main plant with a stem or a root. Just be sure to nurture the babies, especially over winter.
Let them dry out a bit in between watering sessions so you don't over-water.
If the leaves start to shrivel, you're not watering it enough. But still let the soil dry out in between watering sessions.
Very versatile: Cold hardy and drought-proof.
