We only guarantee shipping the plants by Priority Mail. Read our Shipping Guarantee.

We refund any shipping overcharges. 

SHIPPING COSTS seem high?? Because of the wide variety of products we offer, living plants, miniature accessories, stone products and kits, the automatic shipping calculator sometimes packs the boxes in more than one box. All shipping and handling charges are double-checked by a human (Steve ;o) and packed as efficiently as possible to incur the least amount of postage charges. Any gross overcharges will be promptly refunded.

We reserve the right to cancel any international orders that look suspicious.

We can only ship plant material to the continental US and Alaska.

RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy?

Return Policy: All items leave our location in excellent condition. While we cannot accept responsibility of the treatment of any of our items during shipment we are always concerned if the item arrives in less than perfect condition, give us a call. Returns accepted for refund or store credit by notifying us within 24 hours of receiving shipment. Exchanges are okay too. Shipping and handling charges for returned or exchanged items are the buyers responsibility.

We cannot warranty any plant material after your order is received. We do guarantee the delivery of our plant material during shipment only if sent by Priority Mail which is your choice to make during checkout. After receiving your plant order, we give up all control on the care and maintenance of the plants and cannot guarantee them. We do our best to educate and advise, but we cannot and do not guarantee any plant material after they are received. However, we are reasonable people and can work with you on any replacements that you may need. Note that even the most educated gardeners kill plants from time to time.

How soon will you ship an order?

Turn Around: All orders received will leave our studio/nursery well within one week. Most orders ship within two to three days, but can be up to 7 days during our busy seasons.

Backorders: You will be notified of any backorders but we do our best to avoid them.

Winter Plant Shipping: We ship plants safely every business day, all year long.

Summer Plant Shipping: We ship every business day but may delay end-of-the-week plant orders so the plants are not sitting some where unknown over the weekend during the hotter months.

Extreme Weather Shipping: We try to avoid it. Please let us know if you are experiencing extreme weather in your area and we will adjust accordingly.

Special or rush orders: Can be done upon request within reason and may incur an extra fee in order to get it done. To be sure of rush delivery, please include an email with your order. Rush orders are not common and are sometimes overlooked.

WE CAN ONLY GUARANTEE PLANTS SHIPPED BY PRIORITY MAIL: Parcel post takes 7 to 10 days and puts a lot of stress on the trees during transit. We cannot guarantee any plants shipped this way, it is your choice to make during checkout but why start with a stressed-out tree?

Where we can ship Plants: Two Green Thumbs Miniature Garden Center can only ship plant merchandise to locations within the continental United States and Alaska. We cannot ship to any international locations at this time. Nor does Two Green Thumbs Miniature Garden Center ship plant material to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. This is for LIVING PLANT MATERIAL ONLY.

Where we can ship Accessories: We CAN ship any accessories or patio materials anywhere. International orders are accepted but we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage. A UPS or FedEx account is recommended and we would be more than happy to accommodate you.

How the Shipping is calculated: The shipping in this secure shopping cart is automatically calculated and sometimes over-compensates for the variety of products in this store. 

All shipping charges are double-checked to ensure accuracy.

Handling Charges: There is a $2.50 handling charge on each order to help us recover costs if the store undercharges and for materials, labor, gas, etc. We make no revenue from shipping whatsoever. We have one of the lowest plant shipping rates in the online nursery industry and our proven packing methods are one of the best in the country.

International

All orders received will leave our studio/nursery normally within two to three business days - but please leave up to one week for shipping during the busier seasons.
Any backorders on international orders will be credited back to the customer and not shipped.
